My daughter has attended bright horizons since she was 3 months old. We moved to the Clybourn location when she was 2.
Everyone was so helpful and made the transition as easy as possible. We have had nothing but great experiences here since then. The teachers are amazing and so are all of the support staff. My daughter has grown into this independent, kind, empathetic, intelligent, funny little human and we love it!

Our son has been in the care of Bright Horizons at Clybourn since he was 4 month old and we could not be happier with our experiences or more confident in the care and education he receives every day. Beginning in the infant classroom, Ms. Priscilla and Ms. Ally provided such a welcoming and safe space to start our daycare experience. They gave us the confidence and reassurance as first time parents that we were looking for, and beyond that - they are such wonderful and thoughtful caregivers that it felt like we were dropping our son off with friends every day. We knew it was a good fit from the start, but especially once he got a little older and we started seeing the big smiles on his face when he got to "school" and saw his friends and teachers.
The center's administrators Ms. Nicole and Ms. Adriana are so communicative and friendly, and work hard to create a welcoming community for their families. The curriculum (even for infants!) is exceptional, and the continued training for their teachers is evident in the daily reports we get in the app!
We recently "graduated" to the Toddlers classroom, and I was so impressed with the transition. The admins and teachers in both classrooms had our son's best interests in mind at all times in the weeks leading up to the transition. Ms. Nicole even worked to help us move up a couple weeks early, after they identified that he was ready and would benefit from being with the "bigger kids" even sooner. This intuition and knowledge of the individual students is one of the greatest benefits that I have found at BH Clybourn!
Our experience so far in the Toddler room with Ms. Adi and Ms. Diana has been fantastic. I am continually impressed with the daily activities and lessons. And always, the greatest reward and reassurance that we are in the right place are the big smiles and enthusiastic running to his classroom every day, giving big hugs to teachers and friends. We are so grateful to all the staff at BH Clybourn for creating an environment where our little guy LOVES to go, where he is constantly learning, growing and being challenged, and where he gets such loving and attentive care.

A truly fantastic place. My family attended BH for backup care but we eventually switched to full-time because the curriculum and the care are superb. The teachers are happy, kind, well-trained and there is also so much additional support and training for parents - especially on social emotional learning. Specifically, at Clybourn: Ms. Adriana and Ms. Nicole are so responsive, accommodating, Spanish-speaking, and friendly to work with! And, Ms. Esmeralda, our K-Prep teacher is phenomenal with our child - she has really helped him come out of his shell and sees the positive in him everyday. Having a teacher like that is priceless. Thank you BH Clybourn staff!

This company no showed me when I had backup childcare at home scheduled with no call, text, or email leaving us to pay hundreds out of pocket -

Yet when we email them stating our daughter had pink eye with proper notice - they confirm the cancelation and fees waived - then the sitter shows up anyways and they still bill me stating there’s nothing they can do.

This company is atrocious and should be avoided at all costs. This is legitimate business malpractice.

Our daughter started at Bright Horizons at 5 months. Nicole and Ms. Pricilla were amazing with our daughter. She was always smiling and happy when we dropped her off and picked her up. The facility is very clean and well managed. We felt that the teachers cared for our daughter like she was their own. They followed the schedule we created, which was appreciated knowing they are working with many different schedules. They also did a ton of educational play with our daughter which we really enjoyed. We were only able to go to Bright Horizons for a couple months, when we found out we had to move for work. We wish we didn’t have to leave. Look no further for great care for your child!! We couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

We are only on day two of sending our infant daughter to daycare for the first time and I could not be more pleased with the Bright Horizons staff, especially in the midst of a global pandemic. They are taking all necessary measures to make sure children and families remain safe in light of COVID-19. The teachers and staff are all so caring and nurturing! We receive an abundance of updates throughout the day through their app with pictures, activities, and educational comments about what our little one is up to. This gives me such peace of mind as a parent. The staff has been amazing with their response rates and flexibility while our daughter tries to adjust to her first time at daycare. They want to work with families to implement a schedule and type of care that works for each individual child, while working to integrate them socially with the other children. They have made this transition to daycare seem so seamless and effortless, which makes me one happy mama bear. Thank you so much bright horizons teachers and staff. I'm filled with so much gratitude!

Our infant daughter started daycare here and my wife and I love it. The workers are very kind, professional, and willing to take any feedback you have for them regarding your child's needs. We feel it is a safe and clean environment that has all precautions you could expect in place.

Bright Horizons on a clyborn is a spectacular school!! They offer half and full days. My daughter has learned SO much. The teachers are really special and extremely caring towards the children.
