We recently purchased a home with Brandon's help and we can fully recommend him and the iMPACT team!! My husband and I are first-time homebuyers, and from the very beginning Brandon put effort into educating us in a way that made us feel like partners. We felt prepared and supported through the entire process. We first consulted in mid-April and closed in mid-June. In our first call we asked to work with someone pragmatic and who was willing to work with us in an iterative way until we found something just right. Brandon really delivered. He was immediately responsive to our showing requests and was a great consultant during showings. He did his best to point out things that we might not have recognized as first time homebuyers, but also was always upfront about where he would bring in an expert to take a look. Plus, he helped make it fun! He was excited when we were excited. In the stickiness of an issue brought up during inspection, he kept us steady and advocated for us, making sure we moved towards the goal line in a way that we were comfortable. He was always listening, and we felt heard.
