It was an honor to celebrate the launch of the new preschool program at the Boys & Girls Club of North Central Illinois by conducting a ribbon cutting. This exciting initiative represents a significant step forward in providing quality early childhood education to our community's youngest learners. My 1st grader has been going there since the beginning of the school year. She would ask me to pick her up "as late as possible" so she could have more time at the B&G. She enjoys the meals, the teachers, and the variety of the activities. The staff is great as well, I never had a problem or a concern. Truly grateful for this option! Also, the hours are amazing for working parents.

I called the south Elgin club to find information on enrollment, fees and hrs of operations. I was told everything is done online and directed me to pay the fee then call. I paid the $25 fee and I called back. She said she could not tell me fees until I filled out a form to see if we qualified for assistance which I knew we wouldn’t. She said info would come in an email once I did the form. I didn’t hear or received anything and I got a text today to sign the transportation form. All I wanted was information on how it works to see if it’s something I could do. Instead every phone conversation I had with their customer service was a terrible experience. They were rude and sounded like I am bothering them with questions. She finally told me very rudely to unenroll my kid. I asked how and she said just tell me. Horrible experience with customer service. I was basically forced to pay $25 for nothing. Program might be good but their customer service is definitely one of the worse!

This is a Brand new state of the art facility for boys and girls. The staff here is tremendously helpful and caring.The facilities are Amazing!

Costumer service could use some help! Rude when answering, I feel like I’m talking to a teenager with absolutely no experience in costumer service! Kinda sad as that’s the first impression I get as they answer!!
