The lack of transparency, communication and ability to speak with any person, outside of the on-site coordinators, is pathetic. Tried for months to get clarifications and resolve. Absolutely the worst customer care ive ever experienced.

I'm greatful for the site coordinators though! They are superb.

I love the environment and the staff!! They are wonderful with communication and have so many fun things for my kids to do. My kids always come home with fun artwork and they think both staff and kids are super nice and my son made a lot of new friends! Love it!!

I usually don’t take the time to do reviews on businesses. But I am so unsatisfied with the organization in the staff this summer. There was an incident with one of my children and no staff called me. Took a week for them to return my call and let me know what had happened. (After several emails and calls ) There’s an excuse for everything. No corrective action is done. Very unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend this as a reliable and dependable place for children or parents.

So I forgot my Dunkin’ Donuts cup/mug here that I paid a lot for during staff hours and some how it’s missing and it’s the same story with the bath and body works lotion I got as a gift, it was left here with only staff and it’s missing now. There excuse they make is don’t forget your stuff... but the fact it was forgot there when there was no kids there means someone from the staff team probably stole it. Don’t leave your stuff alone here there’s thieves lurking around.
