I just got my first ever ball drilled by Mitch! It's a storm hy-road 16lb. I'm glad I waited for Mitch to drill cause he got it done no problem! I recommend this store for anyone worried about the drilling process and also for ball, bags, shoes, bowling accessories and anything else bowling related!

I had been trying all day to book a lane for 2 hours but the website would only let me book for 1.5 hours. I booked it and then when it was time for our reservation I asked the manager, Brandon, about the booking issue. He wasn't sure what was going on but he was still able to get us hooked up with 2 hours of bowling! Also the lanes were great, and the bar staff was friendly. Will bowl again here.

Mitch and Tyler have been excellent to deal with. I was a know nothing bowler, they have helped me learn about my choices of bowling balls and every time I buy a new one they get it drilled in no time. I highly recommend going to them for your bowling needs.

First off, I'm a brand new bowler. No experience... brand new to the sport. I bought a new ball on Amazon and i'm so new, i didn't know that i had to get it drilled lol. So i take it down to this shop (closest to me). The pretentious jerk running the shop drilled my ball wrong... twice... All the while telling me he "went to school for this" and he knows better than I do... I say ok but the ball is NEVER comfortable.

Fast forward to now: I bought a NEW ball and had a different guy drill it (Top Fit off 92nd... Mike is awesome). He did it exactly how I asked and I absolutely LOVE my new ball...

Why would I get a new ball so soon? Because I didn't know the first ball i bought is a white dot ball. The jerk never told me either LOL.

The staff got pretty rough with me when I asked them why they needed to hold a card for me just to bowl one game. I let them know that I just them about as much as they trust me. The approaches all have gunk on them, they have never been cleaned. The wood is nice on the lanes though. The pro shop guy was also pretty rude. Have I really been out of America that long? I thought hospitality was part of a business

I wasn't going to write this review until I read the other reviews and saw that someone had a nearly identical experience a year prior; now I see it is important to share my experience so others know this pro shop isn't correcting their mistakes.

I checked online to see when the pro shop opened, and went in at opening time. They had a sign with a 30 minute later opening time hung next to the door. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. After waiting til nearly half an hour past the signs posted opening no one was in the shop to open up.

TLDR: Pro shop not open 1 hour past website's posted opening, 30 minutes past sign by door's posted opening. Another reviewer had same issue nearly a year ago
