Tech Tutoring from a friend I called to see if she knew anyone that could help me with a hardware problem with my MacBook Pro. She suggested calling Miriam which I did. Miriam recommended I call Marcus Roth at Mostly Mac. Turned out her recommendation was great.

Two weeks ago Miriam helped me with a couple of software problems I was having. I consider myself somewhat computer savvy, but had run into some issues I could not fix. Miriam was such a pleasure to work with . She signed onto my machine and carefully found the cause of my issues and made the changes required. She did this in such a thoughtful manner that not only fixed my machine, but also taught me a great deal. As an example Miriam gave me tips on managing my photos, synchronization of messages and my contact files, and better utilization of Cloud Storage.

In addition to having great software skills she is also a really patient teacher. The word Tutoring in the name of her company is so spot on. I would highly recommend Miriam for anyone needing help with their software or wanting tutoring to increase their skills.

My wife and I are in our 70's and both retired professionals who have become technologically compromised. We initially sought help from BoomerTech Tutoring to unlock our yahoo e-mail account, which Miriam skillfully and patiently guided us through the process; however, we then found several other ways to benefit from her tutoring -- e.g., cleaning up our Mac keychain, strengthening our redundant and anemic passwords, organizing our on-line accounts, etc. We have had several highly productive remote tutoring sessions with her and have learned a lot from all of them.
