The place was clean. The guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable about the books I was looking for. It was hot no AC at all. It was being fixed otherwise I would give them 5 stars

This store is amazing! Everything you can imagine from books to games, stuffed characters, collectables and so much more.

Best of all.... A coffee bar. ? Nothing like a good hot cup of coffee while browsing the store.

Love these stores . So much inventory and wonderful books and toys along with appliances and games to choose from. I especially love they have coin collecting supplies. This store is nice.

I visited this store and there was a lovely young lady, I think here name was lile. She helped me when I was browsing and at the register. She was all out of big bags for books and so she walked over and to ask her manager for bigger bags. I found out after I walked out of the store because the other customers came up to me because apparently they were so upset and disgusted by how "Daniel" spoke to her and about me that they felt like they needed to tell me. Apparently he had called me stupid and talked down to her about needing bigger bags. He said that customers are stupid in general and a number of other very unkind things about me and other customers. It made me and ovusly the other customers very uncomfortable. They said they will never be visiting that story again and neither will I. He was extremely disrespectful. He needs to be fired immediately I have no idea how he became a manager and shame on his superiors for hiring him and allowing him to be in charge of anything! I feel bad for the young lady that was helping me because she was extremely nice and made me feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service even after he talk to her like that and said those things, and whoever's in charge of the store makes her work under someone that disgusting. I am not one that ever writes reviews ever but I was so disgusted that I feel like I have no other choice to warn other people. STAY AWAY!!!

I've gone there just to process my thoughts never spending a dime except once. They've never inquired as to the purpose of why I am there. Joe Mugs' seating arrangement accompanies five with rustic table by the chairs and a small barrel tucked away beside the couch.

Amazing selection, super friendly and hands on staff. Recent addition to joe muggs is a nice touch. Went and saw live entertainment the other night. Very nice atmosphere.

I was to this store and as I was at the register and a girl that worked at the store came up to the guy checking me out at register Daniel. She was asking for bigger bags and he began to barade her and call the customer she was helping stupid. The things he said were so bad that I had to go find the other customer and let him know because I was so uncomfortable. Also his breath was so bad that I had to take a step back and could not get away from him fast enough. How hard is it to brush your teeth! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be returning and neither will my family and friends. What a Foul person!!
