This facility is very well maintained. However, my most recent experience was not the best after I received my assignment both with the employer and Randstad Staffing. I was running late for work one morning in which I tried explaining to one of the representatives for Randstad Staffing. She was very unprofessional in her response to me. When she asked me why I hadn’t notified the employer of why I had not shown up for work that particular morning I told her at that particular time I did not have a contact number for anyone at the company in order to call them to notify them. The representative then told me verbatim to, “Google it”. How unprofessional is that? It’s very unprofessional! Then one of the ladies who actually worked for the employer who was training me invaded my personal space and privacy by picking up my personal cell phone off of my desk without my consent and she answered the call that was showing on my personal cell phone without my consent!!! After I notified both the employer and Randstad that I would not be returning back, I received an email on Tuesday of this week 4-12-2022 from Randstad Staffing telling me that I did not handle notifying the employer of my resignation professionally, when I was only able to send the employer a text message. I included in my email On last Sunday 4-10-2022 when I sent Randstad Staffing my notice that I did not have access to management’s email outside of work to send them an email like I sent to Randstad Staffing. Please choose other professional staffing companies for your employment resources.
