They are fast to respond (less than 30 minutes by email and faster when you call), and everyone on their team knows how to help us. Often they can remote-in to help fix the problem, but if they are needed on-site, they are able to come quickly (same day). And, if they made a fix, and you need help with it again right away, they don't charge you a second time. It's part of their excellent customer service.

When we need to buy new equipment, they point us to good options that cover what we need, without blowing our budget.

Moving to Blue Arch was instantly a huge upgrade for us. It was one of the best moves we have made in a long time. I can't recommend them enough, and know that we will be with them for many more years to come.
