Instructors are awesome with the kiddos. They are very patient and seem to genuinely enjoy teaching BJJ to the little ones.

Boxing instructor is a great man to work with and very inspirational and motivating, but the jiu jitsu instructor, Ian is sad to say, two-faced and prideful. And as for Tony, the old man was a little to eager to grapple with me the first day I showed up at the establishment, as if he intentionally wanted to harm me. I will take my business elsewhere to an establishment that understands something about humility and self control.

The crew here welcomed my family and I into their gym with warmth and understanding. They are very reasonable on costs. Their customer service is top notch. It might seem intimidating to go to an MMA gym, but not with this gym and this crew.

Very nice people. I'm looking forward to getting my 10 year old son started. I like the idea of several types of martial arts and I also can appreciate that not every child will win a medal for participating. I think that's a great lesson to learn.

I took a kickboxing class here while I was home from school over the summer and have dropped in a couple times when I visit home. Great gym, great people, great ownership! They recently expanded and the place looks great! I'll keep coming here when I visit home for a good workout.
