Coach Baynes is phenomenal! This man absolutely loves what he does and it shows in the progress that my son has displayed. He is trustworthy, very knowledgable, and takes the time to educate each athlete about having good character on and off the field. It is not just about being a top athlete, you have to be a decent human being. I honestly love working with coach, I go there to learn how to play basketball and up my skills in the sport. I have a fun time in the process. It is worth it in the long run. Through all this they show that they truly care about the athlete's. My agility has gotten better along with handling the ball.

When our son was 11, my husband and I discussed the idea of putting C. in a training program so he could gain fundamental skills that would be helpful in any sport.

C. was somewhat resistant, but Coach offered a free, no-obligation offer to meet the family in person. Coach was friendly, helpful, and professional. It was evident that he cared very much for the children he coached. C. immediately felt comfortable snd agreed to begin training.

Under Coach’s guidance, C. made significant, measurable progress in his fitness goals. More importantly, C. learned a great deal about character, discipline, and hard work. As a result, he gained self-esteem and self-confidence, both of which are so important for children his age as they as start to face difficult choices.
