Got a bike for Christmas for daughter. As I'm removing all the zip ties I stabbed the tire right through the tube. Called bike surgeon and brought in same day. They had it done in 20 minutes or less and saved my butt. Daughter hasn't even seen it yet. They even adjusted the handle bars for me and tightend the basket. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend to get all your repairs done here and they have a huge selection in bikes and accessories. Thanks guys you saved the day!

I live on Long Island and went to visit my daughter in New Baden, Illinois. Stopped in at her local bike shop, the Bike Surgeon on State St, O'Fallon. What a wonderful local bike shop. Plenty of stock and clearly a well loved and busy shop judging by the clientele I met while there. The owner is Jon. A really great guy, friendly, knowledgeable, spent the time with me I needed to make a decision about trading in my bike and getting a new one. Something I hadn't even thought about doing. I also met Joe, Josh and Andy who were all so nice. I did end up trading in my Trek Domane SL5 for the Cervelo Rouvida e-bike. I've been a Trek girl for years but this Cervelo is the cats meow. The color is Black Cherry, a gorgeous absolutely stunning bike in the sun. Jon took me for a test run on the MCT trails, took the time to explain the bike thoroughly and helped me feel very comfortable about my "impulse" decision. 😉 I will be visiting my daughter again and can't wait to stop in to the Bike Surgeon to say hello to all the guys. They really made me feel like family. Thank you all again 🥰🥰

I was in need of a repair and am not an expert on bikes so I called to ask some questions and get some help on my bike. Was looking to set up an appt to get it fixed. Whoever answered was very rude and acted like I was annoying them, getting more agitated with each question. After talking for 5 minutes, he pushed me off the phone saying “I gotta move on”. He did not want to entertain questions or be helpful. I passed on the appt because he was being so rude for no reason. I guess if you don’t buy your bike from him, he automatically treats you poorly. I will avoid this shop just to avoid that guy.

I picked up road cycling as a hobby in October 2022 and I didn’t know at the time that it’d turn into my favorite past time. The very nice staff at Bike Surgeon has helped walked me through all of my purchases, fittings, and have provided general wisdom in the most professional way ever since I began. Their group rides are fun and safe and they have the best inventory around. Can’t recommend them enough. Not to mention they have good food and drink for post ride. I’ll be a customer for life.

I took both our bikes in today for a safety check. Even though they were extremely busy hosting an event, everyone that I dealt with was helpful, professional, and very kind. They did a great job on our “antiques” and I cannot wait to get riding again. Highly recommend!
