Can't say enough about Big T's Hardwood Outlet. If you're interested in a slab style table I'm not sure you could find better and I'm positive you won't get better service. They had a nice selection of slab wood to choose from and were willing to either find another slab or use a finish to get achieve exactly the look the customer would like. We spent quite a bit of time trying to get exactly the piece we wanted but honestly still weren't sure how the finished product would turn out. Joe from the shop helped us with almost every detail to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our piece had to be cut, planed, filled, sanded and finished. They also made some "creative cuts" at the ends and on part of one edge to make our table look a bit more natural. The effect was great and Joe sent us pictures of every step along the way. Joe also coordinated to make us a new custom arched base that turned out perfectly. The table turned out more expensive than we expected but we got more than we expected and overall felt we got great value. It was certainly much more affordable than other places where we'd seen similar products.Their shop is a little out of the way for people from Sacramento but we were really happy we made the effort to get there. Our table is spectacular my photos certainly don't do it justice, it's really a piece of art. Thanks Guys!

I’ve had two pieces of furniture created by Big T’s Hardwood Outlet. The first was a large, round cedar dining table top. The second was a coffee table made from a single slab of redwood. These two pieces are as absolutely perfect as they are beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with their craftsmanship. The custom furniture pieces change the feel of the house as they are beautiful works of art. Well-made and sturdy, the money I spent was worth every dollar. These guys do amazing work and I would commission them again in a heartbeat should I need another piece.

Working on making a wood table for the fire department and was in need of getting some wood slabs getting smoothed and flattened out. Was asking around facebook and had a lot of people recommend Big T’s. Made one phone call and they helped me out right away. Such amazing customer service and super helpful and friendly.
