Better Than Average Tutoring is what it says "BETTER" . It was a Blessing. I checked out other tutoring centers, but this was the one the Lord had me to choose. I obeyed. I enrolled my grandson, Kameron, this 23-24 school year to prepare him for the ACAP Literary Act test. He was entering the 3rd grade. But, he was not at the level of reading and math that he should have been. He was tested by BTA. He was at the 1st grade level. He attended tutoring M-W. Then, at the end the year, BTA had an ACAP workshop on Saturdays. Mr. L.J. (the founder), and his staff did a phenomenal job teaching Kameron. They knew his strengths and weaknesses. They are Kind, Understanding, and Patient. They work with you (in person or online). They can work with your schedule. They did with me soooo many times. Mr. L. J. is patient and very professional. At the end of this school year, they tested Kameron and the results were phenomenal. He had mastered/ surpassed his level of reading and math. He was above his grade level. Kameron said they helped him to learn and he passed the ACAP Literary test. He is on his way to the 4th grade. He looked forward going to BTA. He enjoyed it. When I say Better Than Average is "BETTER" , please Believe me. I HIGHLY recommend BETTER THAN AVERAGE!!!! They won the number "1" Tutoring Award for 2024 as the BEST. "WELL DESERVED."

Since our son, Joshua, has been attending Better Than Average Tutoring, I can see so much of a change. He’s reading so much better and with confidence! He loves going to tutoring…like seriously..lol! Better Than Average Tutoring, has been instrumental in assisting my child with her educational needs since the beginning of the school year. I was excited by the fact the staff was not only very professional and accommodating but, they are actually magnet school graduates; so they are very familiar with the magnet academic structure. There are times when my student may have an upcoming exam and the staff will contact us to offer additional assistance, either in-person or virtually; this makes me feel that they care about success. Although I personally had no idea the cost of tutoring until I was seeking help for my child and I must admit Better Than Average Tutoring is budget friendly in comparison to most of these other tutoring services that do not provide the academic skill set, I needed for my child.

This experience with the tutors, both in person and online was superb. I was challenged and pushed toward my goals. Tutoring times and schedules were also very accommodating to me. I love BTA and recommend it to my fellow peers.
