Super clean and fresh. We always get the pet friendly room and I must say everything was very clean. The staff is friendly and always in a happy mood. It's our go to on our way south from Tahoe to the inlaws in Pauma Valley. Thank you again and happy holidays.

From the road, this looked like an older property and we adjusted our expectations. However, they had been pleasantly updated. The bathroom/shower was modern. Everything was clean. We asked for a room in the back, away from the highway. We were in Room 136 and it was indeed quiet. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable.

The room was great but the service was awesome. We came in with a big travel trailer and had no way to go get food. The lady working the front desk was just wonderful she offered us her car. She was so so kind. I haven’t meet a person in my life time that would do that loan your car to a stranger. Best person ever Best Western you got a great employee hope you treat her well

The Horseshoe Meadows fire threatened our home and we were forced to evacuate in the middle of the night. Best Western was able accommodate us and our fur babies without any problems. Michael at the front desk was welcoming, helpful & efficient. He directed us to our room and made sure our pets had a space to do their business. We’re so grateful they were here. Thank you just isn’t enough.

Great room for a great price. Nice and roomy bathroom. Free breakfast was cooked actually on a flat top in the back. Very good I should say. pool was freezing cold, but the views of Mount Whitney, and the rest of the eastern Sierra more than made up for it.

Staying here right now on Thanksgiving night and the room completely filled with smoke from outside. Its a cold night and the air outside is thick with smoke from surrounding homes. The smoke has completely overtaken the inside of the room. Clearly the room is poorly sealed. I've even turned off the heater unit and placed towels over the vents. If it doesn't clear up, I'll most likely leave tonight. Eyes and throat are burning.

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the last few years and never had a complaint, but I just cant stay in this room much longer.

Very comfortable and clean deluxe queen with Mountain View. Well built with no traffic noise. Close to delightful Lone Pine town. Staff were nice and efficient. The breakfast was high quality for motel buffet, including scrambled eggs and burrito makings. Comfortable stay.

Excellent older style motel ( single story), with parking in front of each room. The rooms have been recently updated, and were very comfortable. Fresh, hot breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
