All staff are so friendly! Office is very clean and smells amazing. Thank you for getting Granite in so fast! Our technician and Dr. Craig did so well with my quite cranky lizard who bites first and asks questions later. Always my first recommendation for an exotic vet!

We recently rescued a pup from the local animal shelter. This visit was to get him registered and set up an appointment for an initial wellness visit. These folks are very courteous and professional and caring. The process to onboard a new patient for them was very easy for me to do in person. I continue to be impressed with this place and look forward to having them a part of our fur family health providers for many years to come.

Ever since we moved here a few years ago, we’ve used Best Friends as our vet for both of our small dogs. They truly have never let us down. We always feel that our pups were properly cared for, our concerns and opinions were listened to, and our expectations were exceeded. From the receptionists, to the techs, to the vets and everyone in between, I’ve never met an employee that didn’t make us all feel as comfortable as possible. We’re so thankful and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

I can’t express enough gratitude for this incredible veterinary clinic. When our beloved pet fell gravely ill, no other vets in the area could accommodate him, despite his obvious pain and URGENT need for care. Thankfully, this compassionate team stepped in right away, providing him with the attention and treatment he so desperately needed.

Although he was very sick and we ultimately had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye, the kindness and empathy shown by the vet made all the difference. She was so gentle, speaking to our sweet boy throughout the entire process and ensuring he was comforted in his final moments. This place truly goes above and beyond, and we will always be grateful for the care they provided during such a difficult time.Thank you to the whole team and especially to the vet!

I want to first say thank you for the cards and tribute in my pups honor. He was treated very well and was always greeted with pets and smooches when we came in. He was always excited to go to the vet, just to see everyone. I only deducted 1 star for costs knowing this is the most expensive hospital we’ve used in 14 years and 1 vet we dealt with who I believe is incredibly intelligent, but needs coaching on social skills, especially when parents are finding out bad news. I won’t put his name in this review out of respect. Nonetheless- this is a great hospital to visit and receive thorough care from, just be mindful that this is a more expensive hospital in the area. Thank you again for the cards and memorial. Not many hospitals do this. 🙏

I would highly recommend this place for your pets. In my experience they are always very professional, kind and informative. Their level of knowledge is also very impressive. They take the time to discuss every question you have and make sure that you understand the answers to any of your concerns. They not only take the time but truly have a heart for pets. Best Friends Animal Hospital is the only vet that we trust with our medically complex german shepherd. He has gone from being extremely fearful and reactive to greeting everyone in the office. He loves all the positive interaction that he has had with everyone in the office. Appointments are easy to make and the office is very accomidating. I think we've seen every vet at the practice and have nothing but good things to say about them and especially the vet techs who are all absolutely amazing with Hank.

One word: Phenomenal! They truly live up to their name as Best Friends. The staff are nothing short of miracle workers. They have given me hope when I had none. They've saved my pets' lives when I thought they were going to pass. I walked in about to cry and leave smiling. Everyone from their vets to their nurses to their receptionists (and every other lovely person who works there) are all so talented and kind. They treat you like they've known you for years. The facility is very welcoming. My pets have always been comfortable staying with them, and I have never had any doubts in their capabilities to care for them. And their communication is amazing. When I'm not there for their surgeries or appointments they always call me after and update me, and in great detail, on everything. They answer so fast to calls and emails. They're always concerned for my pets and reach out to me first about follow-ups and updates on their condition. That empathy and communication is huge when you need that reassurance. Plus, every time I've needed an appointment, they get me in so soon. So many times they have managed to squeeze me in the next day which is insane compared to multiple vets who schedule weeks out. They are also so understanding about time and it's great being able to drop off my lil guys in the morning and pick them up when I'm ready. I also really appreciate that they provide me with multiple options if treatment depending on my budget. It's nice to know that even when I don't have the funds they will help me find a solution and treatment that I can afford. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me and my pets. I can't recommend them enough. They truly are something special!
