I used to work for this company and they're by far the most horrific company I've worked for. They cheat people out on pay, they fire those who don't meet their toxic unrealistic quota, they use previous rep phone calls as examples to new employees as an embarrassing learning tactic, and they expect you to go above and beyond for pennies on the dollar. Their business model is disgusting!!

They purposely delayed responding to my numerous request for clarity on what was needed. I spoke to over 6 different reps, a “team leader” on numerous occasions, and a Sr Team leader on multiple occasions. I sent in requested documents , resent, found additional as requested, sent those in only to find out this was just a delaying tactic so that they could invoke a loop hole and prevent my disabled son from getting an extension of coverage under my Cobra coverage. At first they said it was under review, which took 2 months before they finally could say that the documents I sent weren’t adequate. They acted as if they didn’t receive them at first, then they kept saying I had sent in the wrong documents to prove my son was disabled but couldn’t tell me what are the right documents that are needed. They played this game for four months with me at the end of which they said, “sorry the 60 day window” for filing an extension has passed.

This is more than ineptness. This is just plan heartlessness if not something even more wrong with how they treat people with disabled children needing help.

I had used my benefit express debit during my employment with Saks/HBC. I had signed up for commuter benefit card and uploaded $400 onto the card.
I realized after two months I couldn't used the card to pay for parking but rather only for commuting to work by train, bus etc. Which I understand is my fault, but after I cancelled (which btw you had to do by a certain date of the month, otherwise you would have to wait the following month) I couldn't get the funds back, UNREAL.
Another crazy thing is, it doesn't roll over - meaning once you leave the company, you lose it. How is that fair? You should be able to keep the funds even if you leave. It's awful and you're robbing customers!!

The five star reviews are definitely paid. They conveniently removed the negative reviews that brought their score down to under 2%. Wouldn't wish this place on even my enemies. Please stay away from this dump.

I cannot ever get through to anybody. I submitted via email and fax endorsed checks for several thousand dollars for dependent care and have not received MY MONEY.
