Flor Flores was an absolute blessing to my family! She was incredibly sweet and kind throughout the entire rental assistance application process. I am currently in the process of applying for Rental assistance through Beds Plus. My first impression was not pleasant with the Caseworker Flor Flores, so I requested a new caseworker but the supervisor Octavio Torres did not change my caseworker he sent my email to her and copied me on that email they rescheduled the interview with the caseworker I complained about. When I went on March 6, 2025 I was advised that my landlord hadn’t submitted the paperwork she gave me. When in reality he did several times! So I had to go back in on March 8, 2025 to formally apply she had the paperwork. Then she advised me that she could not print up some of my paperwork I emailed her because it wasn’t presented as PDF. Ok so I emailed her them again in PDF form on March 11, 2025 she sent me an email stating it was received only to receive an email a week later saying the documents where not received. I told her she sent me an email stating it was received she then proceeded to advise me that she has appointments every hour daily. What that got to do with me prioritize your work flow if it’s to much u need to let your supervisor know. Now I’m homeless with no where to live but my car with my 3 children and ESA Dog because My caseworker Flor Flores is overloaded and can’t respond in a timely manner. Hope they know complaints have been filed against them through HUD and IDHR
