Signing up at Bay Area Trainers with Yesenia was the best decision! I worked out with Dean and his team at Bay Area Trainers for about 7 months and the Fitness Program was totally worth the investment.
Dean (the owner) has 20 years experience in the fitness industry, highly knowledgeable, passionate, and takes a genuine interest in his clients’ success.
The trainers are all friendly, helpful, know their stuff and best of all, totally non-judgmental.
Dean is always there to lend advice and opinion on different exercises and nutritional and supplement advice. Nothing like gyms you may have belonged to in the past. These guys will challenge you to achieve the goals you set for yourself.
With the Fitness Program , I was able change my Body Composition, losing 30lb of fat while maintaining my muscle mass. I felt stronger , leaner , faster , my endurance increased. Mental clarity, stamina, and ability to focus also improved dramatically. If you are looking for trainers who are 100% committed to you during your hour, this is the place. have been training with Carlos Martin at Bay Area Trainers for about three months and the results are nothing short of amazing. I feel stronger, my endurance has increased, I can *see* my body changing, my blood pressure and sleep apnea are both improving. But the changes aren’t only physical. Since starting this program, my mental clarity, stamina, and ability to focus have improved dramatically. One of the things we talked about at the very beginning was the mind-body connection, and the positive effects of physical fitness on mental wellness. It’s hard to overstate just how much better I feel, mentally, emotionally, and physically. At 46 years old I feel better now than I have at any point in the last 10 years. My trainer, Justin, is so knowledgeable and constantly adapts my training because of many joint injuries. I was impressed with the owner Dean right away and so pleased that he matched me with Justin. I've also trained with Drew when Justin was on vacation and I'm really happy with him too. The Covid cleaning is crazy great, I feel very safe and as I'm approaching the end of my 6 month contract, trying to figure out how to afford another 6 months!
