This was my first experience bringing a baby to daycare so I was incredibly nervous, but from the first meeting to this day they have made me feel comfortable knowing my son is in good care. The two main reasons I ended up choosing this center is how content and engaged all of the children were in all of the rooms (infant and up) as well as how knowledgeable the director was when asked any question I had. My son is always happy to the see any member of the staff and they are quick to respond to any last minute questions or concerns I have. They are also working extremely hard to keep all of the children and families safe, which is greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend bringing your child here.

I LOVE KinderCare. I have been taking my toddler to KinderCare since she was 9 months old. They are amazing people who make you feel welcomed and have really good communication about anything that goes on. I enjoy all the teachers that my daughter has they are so sweet and I feel good going to work knowing she is in a safe fun environment.

My daughter started attending Batavia KinderCare two years ago. She had been in at home daycare for two years, and our current provider wasn’t working out. I was reluctant to try a traditional daycare setting, but the staff at this location took all my worries away. We have a blended family and the staff is so kind and welcoming to every one of us. Any medical issues (my daughter gets frequent ear infections) or accidents (boo-boos) at the center are reported thoroughly and promptly. My daughter has also had a tough time with potty-training and the center has been more than accommodating and helpful. The content she learns and shares is wonderful and I couldn’t ask for more. We have nothing but good things to say about this center and the staff. Thank you all for what you do during these tough times!

I was nervous to drop my son (3 years old) on the first day and the teachers are nothing but accommodating. They are helpful and they give my son the attention he needs regardless of the size of the class. I love how there is structure for the older kids and they offer classes to help get the younger ones in that school mode. They have made this lifestyle transition extremely easy and stress free for both me and my son. I highly recommend this facility.

I was a stay-at-home mother for many years but I found myself needing before school care when my son was 6 so that I could attend a morning class at NIU two days a week. KinderCare was able to help me arrange for my son to come in the morning and bus him to school. They also feed him breakfast in between! Since this was my first child and first interaction with a daycare center, I was a little nervous (my son was as well), but the staff at this KinderCare have been really amazing. They are prompt and thorough when answering questions and I never doubt my child's safety here, as the staff is all trained, educated, and experienced. Working with children so early in the morning can be draining but my son's school age teacher is always bright and cheery no matter what. I will definitely be using KinderCare for all my future childcare needs. Thank you!

My daughter absolutely LOVES her time at Kindercare. The director and the staff are absolutely wonderful and we feel very safe leaving our daughter in their care. This daycare is wonderful. Our daughter is so excited to go every morning and is so happy when we pick her up everyday. The center's staff is truly dedicated and approachable. They work so hard to create a fun and educational environment for the children. Being a working parent is hard, but knowing that are daughter is in great hands, is a huge load off our shoulders. We love Batavia Kindercare!
