This is the best money that I spend every month and it is a great workout. The instructors are Extremely knowledgeable and talented. They immediately work to make you feel comfortable and get you started on learning a new way of interacting with yourself and the world around you. It is amazing what you can become capable of in just a few short months of training with this group of talented individuals. I would recommend Band of Brothers Martial Arts and Fitness to anyone interested in beginning and/ or continuing a journey of martial arts exploration.

Training here is not only a great workout but also a great way to build self confidence. Band of Brothers has 2 of the best instructors that you can learn from. They will push to find new limits in yourself that you didn't even know was possible. They not only treat you like students and friends, they also treat you like family. I would highly recommend to anyone to go train at Band of Brothers Martial Arts.

I look forward to training with the guys (and gals) at Band of Brothers Martials Arts every week. A great group of friendly and dedicated individuals that help push me to better myself both physically and mentally every time we train.

The time I have spent training with the folks at BoBMA has helped sharpen not only my physical fitness, but also the confidence in my ability to defend myself and loved ones if needed.

Took the Womens self defense class and couldn't be happier! They are extremely helpful and will make sure you have the movement down before everyone moves on. Amazing, talented and experienced instructor's. Was so worth it and feel 100% confident that I can fight off an attacker if I have to! Highly recommend!

I attended the "Be Your Hero: Women's Self Defense Workshop" today and absolutely loved it. I'm so excited for Levels 2 and 3. The instructors were very nice and helpful.

My husband has been taking classes on Tuesday and Thursday and many Saturdays for years , I cant tell you what it's done for his physical health but most of all for his mental health....what a great group of guys and its run by one of the best run organizations / owners in town, they truly have a caring family atmosphere
