I have been seeing Dr Moeller for my post child bearing years and she is excellent. She is very helpful with balancing hormones. She takes the time to really listen and discuss my healthcare options. I see Meghan on the aesthetic side and she wonderful as well. Very kind and offers many options. I did the MORPHEUS8 and loved my results.

I was seen by Becky and I have to say I don't agree with the previous reviews. She was great. Professional, straight forward, and efficient. She was more than happy to answer any of my questions and concerns, and was very knowledgeable. She met every expectation I had for my appointment. I was in and out of my appointment in no time. I'm not sure what kind of experiences previous people have had, but mine was nothing like theirs.

Absolutely love this clinic & everyone I’ve encountered here! I started seeing the midwives (mainly Virginia N.) last year after I found out I was pregnant with my son. Virginia ultimately saved this pregnancy, as I had a previous miscarriage due to an ovarian disorder. From the front desk, to the assistants, to the midwives, they are all kind, personable, & compassionate. I literally have zero complaints about my many visits here.

I ended up delivering my son at Avista (also delivered by Virginia), & I can’t thank her & the nurses enough for being some of the most amazing women I’ve ever met. I was exhausted beyond belief, & I will never forget their kindness towards me & my family.

Thank you, Avista staff! ❤️

My wife met with a nurse practitioner named Becky who was rude and very unprofessional. Next time we hope to see a real doctor who hopefully can focus on the patient without letting their personal opinion get in the way. The practice would be wise to fire this individual based upon the consistent negative reviews she receives.

I had a wonderful experience with my pregnancy working with the midwives. They are supportive, kind, and take time to get all your questions answered. My delivery experience was excellent and natural! Would entrust them with future pregnancies and would recommend anyone.

If you schedule an apt with Becky be prepared to be lambasted when spoken to. She could really learn to be more personable and explain reasoning behind things more instead of assuming everyone can read her mind. Bedside manners were lacking to make a long story short. I have seen other providers in the past from this facility that were awesome and both of them have quit. It seems that the good people leave this practice unfortunately 🙁 Front desk and MA's were sweet I will say. Thank God a physical is free once/year. If I paid out of pocket for the visit I had I would have been extra pissed.

The midwives are amazing! They are supportive and positive throughout pregnancy and after. They respect your needs and opinions. I always felt important and could not have asked for a better birthing experience even though it was a long induction due to complications for my health. Also they have helped me with resources to manage my post partum depression well and even without medication.

Becky (Rebecca Jones) is perhaps reasonably knowledgeable however, any knowledge she imparts is entirely overshadowed by her TERRIBLE bedside manner! I don’t often review things online but, she is easily the worst women’s health care professional I’ve visited in my many years of proactive health maintenance. This was my first time meeting with her and she was exceptionally curt, callous, and judgemental when speaking to me about anything related to women’s health during my visit. I feel I should add that I am a polite caucasian woman over 30, with a bachelors degree, who is married, and has been in a monogamous relationship for over seven years. I cringe to think of how she must be speaking to her other patients. I was completely caught off guard and appalled by her attitude. The nurse on the other hand was a gem and very kind. I have visited other health care providers at this clinic in the past and had positive experiences but, this recent visit has made me doubt if I will ever return. Becky should seriously reconsider her line of work and pursue a different profession that does not require human interaction, let alone interactions with women in such a vulnerable setting. In the meantime someone should get this woman enrolled in sensitivity training ASAP.
