The staff at Audi of Escondido are really good at making you feel like family. We came in to turn in a lease and left with two new cars. They took the time to ask us the right questions and see what we needed and liked. We had another car ordered from another dealership and they checked on were it was and did one even better found us the exact car we wanted and didn’t have to wait tell the end of the summer to get it. They even got us to buy another car the service from the sales team to the GM event the finance office went over and Beyond to make our experience outstanding and to keep us in the Escondido Audi family I recommend them.

Wow. Where to start. Jeff and Alex were some of the nicest and most professional employees I think I've ever met at a Dealership.

They worked with me on the offer I submitted for a trade in and agreed to a slight reduction on their price and were able to work out the numbers with me very fairly.

They knew I was making a 5-6 hour drive out so everything was ready to go by the time I got there. Just did a speedrun of the paperwork and was on my way.

I'll update the review if the car ends up being a lemon or something, but I highly doubt that. So far so good!

I’ve purchased tons of cars and this by far was one of the best car buying experiences i’ve ever had! Alex really made sure I was both confident and comfortable with the deal. The Dealership was clean calm and organized with lots of amenities. Guy included a special keychain for my new vehicle, gestures like these will keep me coming back for the next vehicle. My experience in finance was great the finance manager was informative professional and kind.
