I love Atma Yoga! It's a hidden gem in the East Bay and I feel privileged to even get to enjoy this wonderful yoga studio. The first time I have been here was for a yoga workshop. My friend and I did the yoga portion and then a vision boarding session. I cannot wait to bring my son here as they also have children's yoga. The teachers are very warm and friendly, very stylish ambiance. Try this place out, you will love it!

I've been attending classes here for about 6 months. The space is great - a medium sized room with windows on three sides looking out into trees. The instructors are all very talented and with diverse ways of teaching yoga. I especially like the Sunday evening restorative Yin yoga classes with Jamie. Finally, there are three or four classes a day to choose from, so it's easy to find a class that meets my schedule.

Wow! What a great place to practice. I have been following Atma on Instagram for a while and love their grounded vibe. Since I'm spending the weekend nearby and know I won't do my usual yoga home practice, I decided to come here. The building is super cute and the space is beautiful. My class with Nacera was incredible-she has a gift! If you want a practice that is athletic but doesn't skimp on the breath, nurturing and mindfulness then check out her class!

This is a wonderful little place hidden in the green trees and easily accessible from the BART station for those out of town. I' m not writing this gladly as I'd like to keep it a secret but they deserve an honest review 😉 .
I enjoyed the class I had and felt welcome in a friendly environment and I felt bad I had to run while everyone started chatting together, maybe since it was the last class of the summer day.
The teacher was wonderful too. I ll be back for sure.
