Geoff was absolutely brilliant on communicating and adored the extra tips sent via emails to keep my son focussed. Dr Paul who was the tutor was also fantastic and my son made advanced improvements on his grade post the support provided by the tutoring. We wholeheartedly thank Geoff and Dr Paul for the value that was provided throughout. Absolutely great service and great tutoring.

I contacted Ash Tutors as I needed help with my 6 year old son who has been struggling in literacy. As a primary school teacher myself, I wanted someone who was as passionate with kids as I am and obviously it was setting the bar high to ensure his tutor met my high standards whilst I was teaching other children! I couldn't be happier with the tutor that Geoff has provided. Jo is incredibly professional, well prepared for every lesson and my son is already making tangible progress. His confidence has increased massively along with his self esteem and happiness. 5 stars from me and I already recommend Ash Tutors to other parents in a similar position. My daughter has just passed her maths GSCE after scoring a U on her mock exam.
She started tutoring with Jane Keating in February 2023 and Jane really understood what she was struggling with and literally worked wonders.

I contacted Geoff recently as I need support for my son in his final GCSE year in all three sciences. Never having used 'tutor agencies' before I was attracted to Ash Tutors as it seemed to be a little different - smaller and somehow more personal. On first contact I was very impressed with the detail to which Geoff went in assessing our needs in order to find the most appropriate tutor.
Geoff put us in touch with Gemma whose approach is absolutely fantastic - super efficient, supportive and positive, going to a lot of trouble, initially and as an ongoing basis to understand our needs such that detailed learning plans are developed from a very informed perspective. She is massively enthusiastic for her subject and her teaching. Her teaching and learning strategies are engaging, fun and everything I associate with excellent teaching and a good student experience. From first contacting Geoff / Ash Tutors I can honestly say that I have been very impressed with everything about them. Most importantly there is noticeable improvement in my son's engagement with the subject and there is early indication it's resulting in better grades.

I just wanted to thank Ash Tutors for the services in providing my daughter with English lesson.

Rachel has been brilliant in building my daughter's confidence. They got on really well and my daughter felt really at ease with Rachel and looked forward to all the tuitions. I think Rachel has done a brilliant job and would definitely recommend her to help a child build confidence in studying English. My daughter strongly feels that Rachel has helped her leaps & bounds and without her she would not have felt as confident to tackle her English GCSE exams.

I would thoroughly recommend Ash Tutors.. My son loves his lessons with Paul and I was really wary he wouldn't as it has always been a challenge getting him to do homework. He is thriving with the one to one and is doing so much better at school as he is keen to show his teacher what he has learned with his tutor. Paul is excellent at teaching and makes the lessons interesting to Alex ( usually around football!) I am so impressed with the preparation he puts into every lesson.

Our nine-year-old daughter has been attending Ash tutors since Christmas to help her with Numeracy. In this short time, the change we have seen in her attitude and confidence towards this subject has been outstanding. We are continually kept updated regarding her progress and key areas to help her progress. She actually looks forward to her Numeracy tuition - which is a real credit to Geoff at Ash Tutors who has encouraged, nurtured and given a once 'number shy' girl the belief that numbers are fun!
