If I could give a negative review I would. Went in for a typing test ($20) and though their equipment was outdated, I got what I need. During my testing time I was distracted by 4-5 employees talking, laughing, and clapping hands in response to their conversation. Unprofessional!! Someone came out and asked if I needed help and when I said no they “apologized” for it being loud, I said VERY DISTRACTING and they said, “oh sorry” and walked away. The receptionist was the ONLY professional person in that building.

Please don’t waste your time here. Cristina ghosted me after submitting my resume for a job they had open. Whether or not the job wanted me, she should have followed up. Unprofessional. Try KimCo!

If I can do 0 stars I would! I called multiple times in February and spoke to Maggie. At first she was so thrilled to help. But once I didn’t take a job that didn’t fit well with me, she stopped answering my calls, ignoring my messages. Anytime I would call other recruiters they would just take my message down and say Maggie would get back to me, knowing there are notes and she never got back to me.I decided to call today and guess what, another recruiter just took my message down and Maggie would give me a call back, like take the initiative and help out. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. No one helps you!

This place is fantastic. I was extremely surprised at the sheer amount of professionalism and efficiency this staffing agency maintained and continues to maintain. There are plenty of employment opportunities available if you are willing to put in the hours and labor. Thanks to Arrow Staffing, I was able to obtain a fantastic position that may very well provide the foot in the door needed to further my career goals. Cristina interviewed me the same day and coordinated with the hiring company to interview me the same day as well. She was absolutely brilliant and I fully recommend working with her and this agency!

I called and they told me they had work available so I went to go apply, turns out they didn’t have anything available. Went through an interview with recruiter Kristina and she told me she would call me once she has a job for me never got a call back, so unprofessional! No one gives you information on a job unless the person that recruited you gets back to you. Called multiple times and she says she will call me and never does They just keep telling me I’m not qualified for any jobs like really?
They had a warehouse general labor job but said i didn’t qualify I have years of experience! Never had this experience from any agency, they were so nice when I called and they got me to apply wonder if they get paid per recruit… Save Your Valuable Time & Stay Away From This Place!
