We went for my friend and most of the staff was friendly. One lady tried to remove the medical alert service animal that my friend has though under a "no pet policy" regardless of registry. I wish I would have caught her actual name due to how rude she was. The rest of the staff was amazing.

It's ironic that the laziest people on the entire planet work int the unemployment office. They would rather hang up on people than do their job. If they don't hang up on you, they tell you over and over again they can't help you and they don't know anything about your claim. If they can't even view the status of unemployment claims, they need to change their sign. Are they really being paid to just sit and transfer callers to a hotline, because if so, that is a huge waste of money. Close the office and use the operating money for something that isn't completely useless.

Most of the people are helpful but worker name Brenda hung up in my face when asking questions... wondering why when you make a call to their local office why is it you have to be directed to another line instead of the workers at that local office....but if Brenda don't want to do her job why be so rude

The female at the front desk that is answering the phones basically hung up on me while i was politely asking for info on my unemployment twice.
