One person allowed in at a time. Must stand in a completely unshaded area til allowed inside. Mask at all times. Wrist temp check upon entry. Very small breezeway type room ,very hot, sun beating in. Couldn't be an accurate temp reading in this place. People are very nice and helpful.

You wait outside in the dead heat or dead cold for hours on end only to get the run around. You cant go into building only front door. They never answer the phone & if they do they transfer you to the hotline in which they know is busy. They don’t answer simple questions that they use to before Covid 19.

Only one person can enter the building at a time. The system in which the operate one person in this very small space is a bit uncomfortable, if there are others you have to form a line outside in the sun, rain etc etc.
