I have been doing everything to reach out to someone for help with childcare vouchers and these people are refusing to answer the phones. I've left multiple voice-mails with a call back number and not one person has reached back out to me.

Check out the jobs opportunities. They’ve been posted for months. I put in 3 applications and received emails for each one stating they have closed the job or the position has been filled. I checked their website today and once again, same jobs seeking candidates for hire. Scam.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Have been trying to complete my recertification for childcare for OVER a month. Can’t contact my caseworker, nor anyone else in the building. I’ve been calling every number available and nothing. It is truly sad that those who really need this help, cannot get it because of the negligence of the employees.

I am giving them a 1. They have certified federal funds for a private daycare called Growing Gods Children. Through a recent story from the AR. Times it has been revealed to be run an operated by legislator Justin T. Harris who is responsible for re-gifting a child he and his wife adopted who subsequently was raped by the man he gave the child to. This man was also a former teacher Justin's school. This school should be closed on those two counts alone. In addition to the possibility of privatizing their school system much like states do with prisons.

My dad is a teacher at a college he has been the chair of many departments so saying I know how a college works and is suppose to be. I know the ins and outs dos and don'ts ..... how ever the college he works for has screwed me over 35k rounded up not by much in debt that they gave me and did nothing for me. I was in the aviation program and they screwed me over so much it is not funny and this department of education does nothing legally to hold them responsible for it. I was approved to take all the classes and labs for that degree plan and paid out of pocket and loans that like I said racked up to over 34 almost 35k they refused to let me take the classes I was paying for after it was all said and done they would not let me do my labs I have notified this department of education and have not heard anything about it and I am about to make a law suit about it. I have been a elected official I know how this is supposed to be and this is just sickening when if I am going through this problem how many other people are as well... being told yes you are excerpted to the college take out loans and money from their pocket and the college screwed them in the end and basically says nothing to back it up....no report other than the 8.5x11 1 sheet of paper I got saying I no longer am able to be in that program after 3 years of me taking the classes and almost done and getting screwed. Go out of state for your education if needed.
