Front office is so rude, scheduling picks favorites and the lady in the HR is horrendous to talk to. Very unprofessional, I put in time off 5 months in advance for thanksgiving, and they denied it then blacked out the dates so no one can take time off But sent an email saying to call and get it approved but I keep getting told by scheduling and HR to put it in the app but its blacked out? Very hard to get a hold of someone and they take 1-2 weeks just to get back to a message.

I which to give this company a big of ZERO stars I REGRETTED for all my life to been with this company the one who is Robbie she rude she speaks with their staffs without no respect these dude who are working at the office never proud of they staffs who are working at the house smell the clients poop also I which sooner the governor check on this company for hiring people who doesn’t speak English they members can not communicate with them because the staff can’t speak English when some staffs abused the members they don’t do nothing to protect the members careless company ever sometimes the staffs make the member suffer but they guys at the office don’t cares the sitting at the office unprofessional you can’t send drivers doing transportation with a wheelchair members without send another staffs with the driver for safety and most employees who work at the house do not speak English and they don’t understand English they can’t read English and they allowed them to passing meds that’s crazy that’s unsafe

More like negative 5 stars, called to speak to one person, transferred three times. Each person just got ruder and ruder. First person literally sighed at me for asking a question. If this is how they treat people calling in, I worry a lot about how they treat the people they're in charge of. So sad, you can tell they really hate their job and don't care about anyone here... all of the other reviews sound like employees trying to boost ratings.

Went in there to get some training done such as Article 9 , Prevention and support. Staff appears to be very friendly and, caring. Due to fact they are a non- profit organization they are on a budget so, the pay given to their staff might not be the same as given by " for-profit " organization. They do mean well by providing housing and ,services for DDD individuals. They do provide training to their staff , in order to be successful, I have to give thumbs up to their caregivers , Lots is expected of them while providing care to the members , lots of responsibility, so a big shout out to their caregivers. There is opportunity to grow within the company, every company has its positive and , negative no company is perfect.

This company is very unprofessional they don’t know how to communicate as well. They so short staffed that they leave you at a home with 5 clients alone for a couple hours , untill they find other staff . Schdueling talks to you like your a child , it’s sad . If your desperate for a job they are the company for you . They also play with your money I will never go back !!

Worst experience ever! So, I work as a caregiver for Az mentor and had to go pick up my client. They have two locations, and I happen to have gone to the wrong one. I asked them for the other address, and they told me that someone already picked my client up, which ended up not being true, and they didn’t want to give me the address. The front lady especially is very very very rude! I don’t know about the workplace but the cutsomer service is honestly TERRIBLE!
