I’ve taken several classes with APT, and every teacher has been outstanding. However, Miss April has been my favorite so far, and I hope to have her for more classes in the future. Her high energy and engaging style make even the longest sessions enjoyable and worthwhile. I highly recommend APT!

I recently took the Positive Behavior course with April. It was terrific! I was able to apply techniques I learned in class and my daughter was successful in reducing the time it took to bathe by half! Super class and would highly recommend it and, of course, April!

When I signed up for the course and looked up the address, it took me to Chandler Public service training facility. The firefighters there were teaching a cert class, but were very helpful in trying to assist me in locating the article 9 class in the building. I was told by a fire inspector who works with car seats Inspection that this has happened before. When I finally made it to the actual ATP location, I was met by the instructor who had no intention in listening to what happened and why I was late. Her aggressive tone was over the top. I would’ve been satisfied with her explanation that I needed to reschedule if she would’ve listened and then responded in cordial and respectful manner. Instead her approach and initial tone Was aggressive and dictatorial. She was not willing to listen. I should’ve done better research on their customer service approach, for now I see similar reviews. As a paying customer, all I asked was to be listened to.
