I tried to Donate to this organization but the letter was undeliverable. I went online and found a telephone number which I called but no one answered. I left a message but no one returned my call. The address I sent the donation to was PO Box 13277 Chandler, AZ 85248. They tried to deliver it twice but it was returned both times. I went online and there isn't much information on the internet and the organization is not rated. I went to my local church to see if they knew anything about it and they said it is now called ACSTO and it has a different address which I will try. The new address on the brochure they gave me is PO Box 6580, Chandler, AZ 85246. I don't know why the PO did not deliver my letter since both addresses are in Chandler but just a different PO Box.
