If you're gonna set an appointment here don't. I literally spent a week waiting for an appointment. Got in there and the lady literally told me Information I already know. Plus this office doesn't have a constant financial aid office. It's determined if the person decides to come in Monday or wensday. Just schedule for in person meeting at the main campus. Do not waste your time with theses fools.

Staff answering phone calls very unprofessional, not looking to help. I was trying to schedule an appointment to meet a counselor and was put on "hold" numerous times only to have the call disconnected on the other end. When finally connected after having to call back numerous times lady had a horrible rude tone and basically said she can't do anything to help me. Like I don't need you to help me, i need a counselor....

Called to ask a simple question and the operator couldn't understand me so she acted like she couldn't hear me. When I told her I was on a landline phone, she started to answer me but gave me a bunch of random answers. I finally asked to speak to someone else, her excuse was everyone is busy. I had to hang up and call the main campus. Please have someone that can understand English work the phones. By the way, the question was "If I have someone go pay my class fees, do they only need my student id number." when I called main, the question was answered right away. English is also my second language. Not bagging on anyone but don't beat around the bush.

The staff are just as bad as the main campus. They don't care to help you with any issues or help you find answers. Easy to access location though
