Staff was very friendly and helpful. I only waited about 10 minutes and received some much needed assistance and advice. The person helping me was patient and empathetic and after 5 long months of confusion, I finally received an answer to a months long issue and was advised on how to resolve it.
At the end of it all, I actually had a good visit.

Usually there is not much of a wait time service here is quick so you can get in and out fast. This is where you go to get service like food stamps and Medicaid

The person at the counter was nice however there is such a disgusting culture of hate that is prominent throughout that entire department. It is clear that the people of the community are viewed as tax cattle. If you ever catch yourself wondering how on earth there are so many people on the streets without resources, it is because our social safety nets hare staffed with hateful disgusting people that take amusement in the suffering of others. These scumbags make me sad that there is no such thing as hell. They took our money and stuffed it in their our fat mouthes while tormenting those for whom the money was taken.
