I got into a car accident and had to have extensive dental work done and was laid off. I called Ben to see if i could get rental assistance. I have only been out of a job 3 weeks and have been actively seeking employment going to interviews daily, but Ben informed me that you must have a job to get assistance. What If i had a job i wouldn't need assistance. He was very uncompassionate and inconsiderate of my situation. He stated that they have to make sure its only a one time thing what a joke not helpful at all. No empathy or sympathy from Ben just call back when you got a job. Dont waste your time!!!!
