And then after all of that - we saved a considerable amount of money. This is a great company to work with and they really know what they are doing.

I am extremely frustrated with the service we received from Applied Resource Insurance Solutions (www.arisbusiness.com ), specifically with retail agent Bryan Hummitzsch.

After being loyal, paying customers for over 10 years, we made the decision to switch to another insurance provider. This decision was prompted by the fact that Bryan was unable to secure additional coverage that our clients had requested.

What followed was utterly disappointing. When it came time to cancel our existing policies, Bryan started completely ignoring our requests. We made daily calls and sent emails for over three weeks, yet we never received a response. We even took the time to reach out directly to underwriters, who informed us that any changes needed to go through Bryan.

This unprofessional behavior was not only frustrating but also time-consuming. It is unacceptable that after a decade of business, we were treated this way.

I strongly advise anyone considering Applied Resource Insurance Solutions to be aware of this lack of customer service and accountability.
