Contacted Holly a month before our arrival. Had to email twice to get a response. Finally got ahold of her and confirmed the two nights we needed. Called the day before to confirm and then the evening came and no one showed up. Called Holly 3x to check on status of sitter and no answer. She text me the next day and said Valentina (the babysitter) got the days messed up. Do yourself a favor and find another company.
