Very kind and friendly. We brought my dog in when she was throwing up blood. The wait was a bit long but not unreasonable for an emergency room. My dog was very nervous so they let her stay with me as much as possible. The vet was very kind and knowledgeable. They wanted to find the underlying cause but didn’t do a ton of unnecessary tests. I was quiet pleased with our care (though I hope to never have to take my dog back)

We brought our sweet tortie here after she stopped eating or drinking. After testing revealed she was experiencing severe pancreatitis, she spent 4 days and 3 nights receiving treatment. The whole ordeal was very scary, but made so much better knowing she was in such good hands. We received regular updates and I especially appreciated that we were able to visit her. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. After her release we have continued working with their internal medicine department which has also been a lovely experience. Emmy is very happy to be home and feeling much better.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my american bully, Muneca, received from the nursing staff this weekend. When my dog was injured and understandably edgy, the nurse who cared for her showed an extraordinary level of compassion and love. It was clear that she genuinely cared for my dog's well-being, and her gentle approach made all the difference during a stressful time for Muneca and myself.

This isn't just a one-off experience. I've brought all three of my fur babies to this clinic for various reasons over the years, and each time, I've been met with nothing but outstanding service. My pets have consistently been treated well.

What's particularly reassuring is the transparency regarding treatment plans and costs. The clinic staff always takes the time to thoroughly review all available options and discuss the associated expenses, ensuring I feel informed and comfortable with the decisions made. In terms of pricing, they are comparable to surrounding urgent care vets, and not much higher than my vet, which makes their excellent service and care even more impressive.

I truly love this place and the wonderful employees who work here. Their dedication to animal welfare is evident in everything they do, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any seeking compassionate, professional, and affordable care.

After taking my dog (Turkey) to the Animal Emergency & Specialty Center in Parker, CO, after hours on a Friday night for a little pet emergency, I will say we were more than impressed with the entire process and staff. The wait time, the genuine treatment and care for our dog, the knowledge we gained and the low costs - we will never even consider another urgent care/after hours facility for our dog! From our first call to ask some questions, to leaving the center on a Friday night - we were blown away with the level of service and care. They treated us as professionally and as kind as could be, entire staff was more than friendly and very knowledgeable, the doctors and technicians sincerely cared for us and our dog, and the cost of care was positively surprising to say the least. This place rocks. I HIGHLY recommend the Animal Emergency & Specialty Center for all of your pet's urgent care and after hours treatment. Love this place. Customer for life.

Every time I come here we’re always greeted and treated by the sweetest people. Had to bring the doggo in for the same reason both times and They're always very patient and understanding and actually listened to me when I talked to them about my girl. I never feel like they want to try and milk my wallet like I’ve heard in other horror stories about emergency vets. Both times payment has been pretty reasonable for what we needed. Hopefully we don’t need to anymore but if we do we will always come here!

This is a wonderful vet hospital. I’ve been here twice in the past year. First with my mom and her dachshund, Duke, when he needed emergency disc surgery. His back legs completely quit working all of a sudden and they were the only clinic where we could immediately get a MRI so we drove from Colo Spgs. They saw him immediately and within hours he was in surgery. Dr Song was excellent and explained everything.
Then, this past weekend we brought our Lab mix in. She has Addison’s disease and had been throwing up/diarrhea and was lethargic. The front desk is helpful and the vet care is excellent. They have definitely earned my trust and I am extremely confident in the care they provide.

Dr Song & the neurology department are the best. Very knowledgeable and great at what they do. Frenchies are known to get herniated disks or IVDD. Our girl’s first surgery was done in April of 2023, before surgery she was losing mobility in her hind legs, luckily we brought her in a timely manner where it didn’t effect her long-term and was instantly resolved post surgery. She recovered amazingly. She recently had another flare up and was in a different area of her spine, it wasn’t as severe as the first case but it wasn’t going to resolve on its own. We had her second surgery done a little over a month ago and our pup is feeling 100% the hardest part is keeping her crate rested. The procedures aren’t cheap but I wouldn’t wait. Dr Song is busy for a reason, she’s amazing at what she does.

We had to bring our small dog here on a Friday at 10 pm as a result of being attacked by our big dog when we weren't home. We had many emotions regarding the situation. We were greeted with compassion, understanding, and kindness, as well as excellent and professional care. Our dog was cared for, medicated, stitched up, and released back into our care within 2 hours. The staff truly made our sad and urgent situation the most pleasant it could possibly be. The cost was less than we expected. We're pleased to announce our little dog is happy and thriving. They even provided guidance for us in selecting an appropriate muzzle for our big dog to protect our little dog when we're away. We HIGHLY recommend this emergency vet care.
