This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been over three months, and they still have not submitted my certification to the DMV. I already went to my scheduled road test, and the DMV rejected me because the paperwork was never sent.
I contacted the company over 10 times, and every time they said, “We will fix it.” Nothing has been fixed. No follow-up, no accountability, no professionalism.
This delay has cost me time, money, and opportunities.
I strongly recommend that NO one use this company. They are unreliable and do not respect their customers.
NEVER DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY

I contacted with them again and what they told me.
So after one week the back office came and told me now your course expired after three months (they did not send the certification ) and I have to do it again

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The platform constantly froze and wouldn’t let me move past the videos, even though the issue was clearly on their side. When I reached out for help, instead of fixing the problem, they tried to charge me extra money just to continue and then even more to get my certification!

If you don’t want to end up paying two or three times more for something that should be simple, go with another driving course service. Check the most recent reviews — you’ll see plenty of people having the same exact issues over and over again. This company needs to take accountability and fix their system instead of overcharging customers.

I actually signed up for a driving improvement course online per the court, and the judge didn’t understand the ins and outs of the program so I’d already paid for it. I need to be convicted of the ticket first then I can take the course while I’ve already paid for it, and I dealt with a woman in customer service by the name of. Ranel And she did a great job at helping me With my issue, with patience and understanding and quickly Refunded my purchase. We just don’t find customer service like this nowadays so I appreciated that because it’s been a stressful situation already and She helped me out immediately! Great job keep up the good work and thank you for being a decent human being. We have to stick together out here in this world.

NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
THREE MONTHS NOW TOLD ME TRY TO FIXED THIER PROBLEM. After three months, the back office finally contacted me and told me that my course had expired because they never sent the certification. Now they’re saying I have to do it again

I would NEVER use American Safety Council again nor would I recommend them. My daughter took the 30 hour On Line Driving/Permit Course and when she signed up, she didn't use her entire legal name so when we called to request a slight change they refused. I even offered to show proof of her Birth Certificate. They told me that she would have to sign up again and retake the entire 30 hour course. I asked if there was any sort of work around such as could she bypass the 30 hours of instruction and just retake the exam and they said no. I spoke to Hanz. He was super nice but unfortunately said there was nothing he could do. And note that when you log into your profile and hover over the 'question mark' by your name that says "call 1-800- xxx" for a name change", we were told that this particular course doesn't allow for a name change. So a complete waste of time and money. We started over with a local company who I was happy to pay who couldn't get over the refusal to make a small adjustment to my daughter's name. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

Had a problem logging back into the account so that I could complete the course and absolutely did not know what to do. I finally was able to get back in with the help of Kia who sent very easy instructions via email. I can't thank her enough. Just complected and passed the course.
