Inquired about insurance being a first year business owner and knowing what they “stand for” I called them for insurance quotes. The representative told me they could maybe write me a policy if I was doing $50,000 minimum annual sales and typically only write for $100k +. They apparently only stand for the big existing only and not the small people whom are just starting out or don’t produce what their standards are in profit. My only words if you don’t want to help me/us when we’re small I definitely DO NOT want your help when I’m large. And when I’m larger in the business I don’t care if my current or another carrier is double the price of ARA and I won’t waste my money on their “membership” either. Another greedy situation.

ALL ABOUT RENTALS, MORGANTON, NC TOTAL INCOMPETENCE...

I spent 30 min there on Wednesday afternoon arrange for an equipment rental for Saturday morning. Saturday morning - no equipment. It looked like they failed to record my reservation.

This is the second time I have tried to do business with these guys and the second time I have been screwed. I will not make that mistake again.
