Frank gave a presentation at my daughter's school that was thoughtful and inclusive. He did a great job interacting with the kids and delivering a good message with appropriate language and patience. The kids had a fantastic time! I will be signing my daughter up for a class over the summer.

We hired Frank from Amalgam to come in for a corporate self-defense event. The session was very informative, interactive, and a lot of fun!! We all loved that there was both a presentation and a drill training portion to the session. Frank was very well prepared and made the process of coordinating the event very easy. He is great with communication and was available as we planned the event for any questions! I would absolutely recommend Amalgam (and Frank!) for any events and for private classes.

We Hired Frank from Amalgam Martial Academy to work with kids ages 6 - 12 years over a summer camp program. Every week the kids were super excited to see Mr. Frank and learn all about self defense, good character, and discipline. He was personable with the kids and would quickly change tactics if he felt they were struggling with a concept and re-frame it in a new light. At the end of the summer the camp kids even got to break their own boards! They we so proud of themselves and the new skills they learned with Mr. Frank. If you are thinking of putting your kids in martial arts, my top recommendation is Amalgam Martial Academy and Mr. Frank. We will definitely hire them again for future summer camp programs. Thank you Mr Frank!

Such an amazing School! Knowledgeable Teachers and Instructors that know a lot about different forms of Martial Arts. The price is very fair for what you receive. Weather it be for self defense or Tournament style or performance, Amalgam Martial Academy can help you get better and achieve your goal. I am so glad to be apart of this experience.

As a student coming to Amalgam with a long history of practice from other schools, I really appreciate Frank’s open-minded and practical approach to training. Instructors provide solid explanation of movements. I really love Amalgam’s Tai Chi program, it’s not yoga in disguise, it’s legit Tai Chi.

Our instructor is Mr Frank D. He is working with us. We are working on belt curriculum. We enjoy attending his classes.

Started taking Filipino Martial Arts classes here. Frank is a great teacher and blends all levels and skillsets. I love the movements and it feels great to connect with my heritage and my body as the movements feel natural
