I love the Wednesday afternoon yoga class with Lesley Davis. She focuses on synchronizing the breath and movement, provides lots of modifications. This class has helped my balance, my we'll being and my body awareness. I highly recommend it.

What a beautiful and friendly place for all seniors. Tons of activities, delicious food, library and friendly staff.

This is a center that is well run, by caring people. Lunch is served weekdays, (excluding holidays) and is varied, nutritional and tasty. The cost is $4, but it can be waved.There are activities throughout the week, some of which are recurring. Some of those carry a small fee or donation request. One can call the center for information on organizations and places where one can get help. Family members, including children can come to lunch with a senior. In all a nice place to visit and conveniently located near senior apartments and senior residents. The city bus goes by and sometimes to the center. The only drawback is if you walk there, the entrance driveway is very steep.

I took a neighbor to this vet. I myself have never been there but she swears by it and she's a good pet owner so I have to say from her experiences this is a good place

Brought my friends and neighbors who both have Parkinson's disease to the Amador Senior Center for a Parkinson's support group. There was an excellent turnout approximately 20 people were in attendance. Lots of wonderful useful great information and got to know a lot of new people.

I am looking for help with my taxes I have a appointment for tomorrow the people are very friendly and helpful . The center serves lunch Monday though Friday , a walk in is $6.00 , if you sign up your lunch is $4.00 my lunch very good , also a morning exercise class , a library and a place to sit down a read . The staff are very helpful and friendly .

Ha, it's been many years since I've been to the senior center, but I know it's a very nice place to be as a senior. I was actually doing a Sunday ministry gig next door at the Oak Manor resident living facility, which I give 5 stars. The staff are always friendly and the place is always imaculent. I enjoy my time there hanging out with the elderly and singing songs and sharing God's word. Their life stories are also faciinateing.
