Alysha did a wonderful job helping us work through the somewhat complicated process of the sale of 1/2 of our lot and merging 1/2 of a lot with Sellers existing lot and 1/2 lot with Buyers existing lot. There were a number of steps in this process requiring Town, County, HOA, Utility and other approvals. A survey was needed and an updated plat. Alysha kept the process moving and coordinated the process when I wasn't available to do so.
