WONDERFUL DAYCARE!! This place is absolutely amazing. It’s gorgeous inside. It’s all up to date. It’s upgraded. They have the FRIENDLIEST teachers. My kids have never been so happy walking into school as they are at Alphabet Academy. No more tears going to school, all smiles. The best thing for a Momma heart. I would recommend Alphabet Academy to anyone over and over and over again. Do yourself a favor and go meet with Charmaine. You will not regret this choice.

Highly recommend!! My kids go to school with a smile and come home with a smile. They can’t wait to tell me about their day when I get home. All the teachers are so friendly and so nice. My family loves this center.

We have had our daughters enrolled for about a year now- my oldest was 2 at enrollment, and my youngest was about 6 months old.

I had some hesitancy with it being a daycare center - you hear all sorts of horror stories, and my eldest was previously only at home care centers. But I was pleasantly surprised and overjoyed with Alphabet Academy and all staff!

Everyone is so kind, there’s good communication. I get notified if anything happens, I believe we’ve only had one incident with another child biting (happens!). They send photos of activities, and note every meal, snack, nap and diaper change. This team is on top of things, and cares about our babies. My kids love their teachers and classes, and they learn so much! The price has also been a huge factor for us. We do not qualify for any state assistance, but the prices are more affordable than others in the area.

I know they’ll both be more than ready for kindergarten when they graduate from Alphabet Academy, and that they’re making special friends and memories along the way. We’re also super excited for the new location!

I’ll continue to recommend our favorite Daycare/Pre-K to everyone who asks 🤍

I hesitated to write this review hoping it was not necessary. Unfortunately, I feel it is so no other child has the same problem we did. During my son’s short enrollment, the majority of the time he was in tears, fearful, and had reoccurring unexplainable bruises. Staff/management dismissed my concerns and failed to look into the causes of my son’s frequent bruising. Many times when the kids were playing outside, staff was not seen supervising the children. Since I have unenrolled and moved my child to another facility, he no longer is fearful, no longer has multiple unexplained bruising, is very happy and content. I realize that every child has an adjustment period but our experience at Alphabet Academy was not.
