I do not recommend anyone to go to this company because they don’t like to pay On time and they make you wait for at least three weeks because I’ve been waiting for three weeks and I still haven’t got paid so I do not recommend anyone to go to this agency or this place if you want to get paid and go somewhere else

My experience was not like most of the other ones. I made an appointment with Sara for a maintenance mechanic position that she contacted me about on indeed. I originally contacted the office for an appointment on the 5th of January and scheduled the appointment for 3:30 the 6th. I called to confirm the appointment with Sara and at the very beginning of the conversation she said “can we make it for Monday at 3:30” I said that would be fine and I asked if the position was still available because it showed that it was expired on indeed. Her response was a very quick “it’s still available “ Sara so quick to get off the phone and was crass and seemed angry with something. I went there at 3:30 on Monday and was asked to provide 2 forms of identification and I gave her my DL and my CCL license. Both are government issued with pictures. That is what they asked for in the message through indeed. I was told by the receptionist that I needed to present a Social Security card instead. so she went to go ask Sera and Sarah must’ve told her that my CCL license was not valid identification Sarah never even came over to talk to me about the issue she stood in the same place she was the whole time I was there for all of two minutes so she wouldn’t even talk to me about the position and wasted it over an hour of my time of driving to get there for the interview. The receptionist then told me to have a nice day in a snide way and I left the office. I would only use this job agency if I was desperate to find a job there. They are not courteous and unprofessional and lack communication skills. My day did just get a whole lot better leaving a review that your company deserved.

I've worked for a number of employment services before and can honestly say that since I've been working for Alliance, they've not only put me to work in a timely manner but also placed me in a ,position where I can further gain exp. In my career choice .I would also like to mention that any issues or concerns that I've conveyed to the office ,the staff has handled it expediently, so I not only plan to stay with them but also tell anyone I know whenever i'm asked where to find a good place to work that this is the place to be because I'm very thankful for the assignment I've been placed on...and Alfredo has been the reason for the good relationship I have with the company because of the personal but professional level when addressing any of my issues and or concerns and in matching me with a good company where i can put my skills and exp. To work..not to mention the pay is great!!!!!

Ask me to come into the office to fill out a application friday. I get there Monday morning no one's in office no one's answering the phone and I have drove 45 minutes

I was very surprised how quick and inefficient the employees were that's not always the case at temp agencies. Alfredo ferrero went beyond the call of duty to make sure that he got me on the shift that I needed. If you are looking for work I recommend alliance workforce in streamwood.. Thanks Alfredo
