This store has wonderful customer service! I contacted them with an issue and they were quick to reach out to me and solve the problem. They even went as far as hand delivering my order to Fedex to make sure it shipped in a timely fashion! Kindness goes a really long way. I’m super excited for my son to receive his new guitar and well pleased with the service I received!

I don’t normally write 5 star reviews. I save my 5 stars for things that that are extraordinary. I had an old trumpet that needed new pads, a brace soldered, and a dent removed from the outer main tuning slide. I’m from out of town and needed a short turnaround time. Well Olivia made the repairs and I had the horn back in 24 hours. I don’t know what her workload was at the time, but she made me feel I was her most important customer. The repairs were clean and solid. Prices were extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to bring my repairs to Allegro Music again. I received extraordinary customer service at this location.

Had a few bumps in my guitar learning adventure with Allegro (all are in works to be resolved). Normally wouldn't give 5 Stars with difficulties but employees have honored their verbal word from the start. Thank you Allegro staff.
Employees are friendly (and honest). As a middle aged person returning to music still feels a bit awkward in store but staff is helpful even with my begginer questions.
Rental program seems fair.
I recommend this shop over any big box store.

Olivia was fantastic. I just got my daughter a violin for Xmas, and put the box a string broke. I took it in, and Olivia made it the easiest process. She showed me how to restring it incase it happens again, how to tune it, how it all works, and every in between. She was amazing and I will forever go here for any music needs. 110% recommended!

We had a superb experience working with Allegro to buy a startup sound sytem. The owner was easy to work with, responsive, and even came to the area we planned to use the equipment to get a sense of the acoustics. I can't recommend highly enough!
