I couldn’t be more grateful for Drs. Bob and Lori, the techs, and all the staff at All Dogs and Cats (both locations) They are wonderful to work with – professional, caring, and kind – and I’m deeply grateful for the amazing care they provide my senior dog, Oz. We’ve been to see them for regular care for the past couple of years, but it’s their knowing that he needed emergency intervention last weekend to remove an aggressive tumor growing on his spleen that have me feeling especially thankful today. Because of them, Oz is making a rebound and we’re celebrating his 16th birthday today!

The staff are kind and professional- with humans and animals alike. We’ve been taking our dog - now a senior pup - to the All Dogs and Cats Wellness West for years, and we went to the Glenwood Springs location before that. The docs and staff have helped us keep her healthy and happy - we are grateful!

Set up my pups to be treated and healthy maintained. All went well. I had to wait a long time to be seen by the Dr but I don't think that is normal or well let's hope it's not. Everyone was very nice.

We were able to get a same day appt when needed and the vet (Lori Pohm) was absolutely wonderful! She spent enough time with us to answer all of our questions, check our sick dog thoroughly, and even ran tests on our second dog to identify that she had the same issue. She was very caring and thorough in making sure we had everything we needed before we left, plus our dogs were much better within 24 hours. Thank you for such professional and caring treatment on an urgent basis!

Wonderful! I can't say enough about them. Took my chihuahua in there to get him checked out. Due to Covid, I couldn't go in with him, but Dr. Annie Schmidt stood outside in the snow with me to answer all my questions. I highly reccomend her. She actually listens to your concerns without making you feel rushed... no matter how ridiculous your concerns might be lol Thank you again ❤

I love how attentive Doctors Bob and Lori are with my pets and with me. They both are great at addressing the problem in a manner that is informative and instructional. I like the way they try to work within my budget. The fact that they are in New Castle now too is so convenient!
