I'm a retired engineer who has had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Alight for my health premium reimbursements for the past couple years. I worked very hard for my retirement benefit but this company makes it extremely difficult for me to receive reimbursement for my monthly premiums. Their requirements seem like a moving target every month and their new 'smart choice' software leaves much to be desired. I spend an inordinate amount of my personal time dealing with Alight every month addressing denied claims. Alight makes it exceedingly difficult for people to receive the benefits they are entitled to, it's like Alight wants people to just give up so the Alight can avoid making payouts. Utterly unethical behavior and poorly managed company. My advice to businesses looking for a benefits management company is to seek out any other company to partner with.
