My son has been here for two years and he loves the teachers and staff. They are always there to help, great resources for parents, and always coming up with fun events to do outside of school. I have 0 complaints. My son will be transitioning soon since he will be 5 this year and I will continue to use all the material they have given to help him in the future.

I called to check availability for my son the person that answered the phone was very rude and ignorant. First of all when you answer a phone for a business you need to be pleasant and nice and yes you can tell how the person sounds when you call. Besides that if you are answering the phone like that for a business that people tend to leave you to watch our kids that's not good I do I know your facility will be good and kind to my kid. Having someone like that answering your phone calls shouldnt be answering the phones or talking to potiential clients well actually shouldnt be working there with kids if you are that ignorant on answering the phone calls or even slight questions someone might have on your business get a new job in a closet change your person or either train them right on how to answer the phones. Seems like someone needs to go back to school or start to learn interpersonal communication and if you want business.
