Stop moral wavers... especially for violent crimes like domestic violence... my husband was convicted of domestic violence twice in the last four years and arrested multiple times... Would've been really nice for the Air Force to ask me how I felt about this situation. I called the recruiter, I guess he over received my voicemail. I didn't understand that he ONLY answers to texts.. didn't know you could text for numbers on websites.

This has been a complete nightmare for my family and I. He's only been to BMT and tech school. The Air Force would not pay for our housing the entire time he was in Boot Camp and we have two small children together, (three and four years old and our youngest has cerebral palsy) thank God I have a good friend who drained his entire savings to catch up on the two months of rent.... The entire thing put me in the hospital for a mental health evaluation ...
I called as many people as I could (the Red Cross, the chaplain, sent emails The recruiter, random first Sergeant lady)and nobody would let me get through to my husband and nobody in the military, I spoke to was able to fix the issue and I was told that I should probably pack my stuff and get ready to be evicted..I broke and SAID some AWFUL things and not only got a mental health evaluation...They sent CPS after me not only with the state, but with the military as well...
The Air Force made a huge mistake and the paperwork got messed up somewhere, but it was absolutely insane that they would not even let me talk to my husband to try and fix the Air Forces mistake...After I completely broke.. I magically was able to get through ...thank God because the next day after I got out of the hospital, our lights got shut off, and I guess I finally made enough racket they finally let me talk to my husband...I got to talk to him and the lights got turned back on...simple.

The kids and I actually went to Texas to get married at his graduation from BMT so they would pay for housing despite the fact that the Air Force told us that we were all good and everything would be paid for a while he was in BMT. And we didn't get a single dime for any housing until we went to Texas at his graduation on the Air Force Base and spent an entire day trying to figure out where they messed up and double padded it with a marriage license. Because we weren't married when he went into BMT it blew their mind that we had kids together or something...The VAP would not go through.

He was supposed to be back October....didn't make it back until December (BMT and his tech school was only gonna take three months and it ended up taking him five months to get back) because of more awful paperwork for the EFMP, which is a nightmare all on its own.

Went to go to the doctor the other day and Tricare assigned me a doctor that retired three years ago..... and after a day and a half of talking on the phone... we were still not sure if the insurance was going to work when we got to the doctor... it did work but we weren't sure until we actually got there.

Scheduled a meeting at Buckley to go get my DOD card and my husband and I were turned away at the gate even with his military ID and had to go get a pass with a hour long wait... needless to say we missed the appointment.

I was told by my husband that the military prioritize families and that they would most definitely be able to help us get closer to family. We are 18 hours away from family here in Colorado and they stationed him in New Jersey, which is also 18 hours away from family and it's a more expensive state ... we will be trying to survive off of The same income he had at Purina (Makes almost exactly the same amount of money he made at purina as an E3.)

EVERY SINGLE THING we have tried to do has been an absolute nightmare! .. but I will say that it gives me more respect for our military men and families considering how poorly we are treated and how poorly we are paid.

This is been a horribly hard pill for this patriot to swallow.

My experience with SSgt. Woodall was great and I cannot recommend him more if you have any questions or concerns about joining the Air Force.
He was able to help me when it felt like no one else could due to a medical denial issue. Even with being almost 400 miles apart.
Again, highly recommend speaking to him if any questions at all about joining.

I decided to join the Air Force and immediately as soon as I came into the recruiting office the recruiter is very honest and helpful and answered any questions I had and some that I didn't even think to ask. He always made sure that I was 100% dedicated to joining and always gave me options to get out of I didn't want to join anymore. Overall great office and recruiter and I'm very happy with my decision in joining the Air Force.

To be perfectly honest this place is the best. I dealt with multiple recruiting locations before I came to TSgt Rowe. The other recruiters were your typical recruiters and were a hassle. I almost gave up joining, but then I came here. I am now currently 6 months into being an Airman and I am so glad to have come to this specific location for recruiters. All the recruiters here are very easy to get along with and will give you the honest truth and not steer you around and lie to you. This by far is worth the 40+ minute drive.
In my humble opinion this is the office to come to.

Working with MSgt Woodall was great experience. He was just an awesome guy and really helped me out personally . I also got to see that he really cared about new recruits and put them in the best possible positions to succeed. Hope I get a chance to work with him again someday.
